Description


The IT tempering machines contain all the necessary parts to obtain a perfect crystallization of the chocolate.
• Internal cold water reservoir
• Internal warm water reservoir
• Tempering columns, decrystallising columns and re-heating columns (depending on the version of the machine)
• Separate temperature controls for each column
• Possibility to heat the piping circuit for tempered and non-tempered chocolate.
• Water/freon heat exchanger. The cooling compressor is offered as an option. If wanted, a water/water heat exchanger can be installed as well

An external pump, which is not part of the IT machine, pumps the chocolate from the melting tank through the different tempering columns, and then through the piping circuit. The non-used chocolate needs to be return back to the melting tank.

The IT tempering machines are available from 100 up to 1.500 kg/h

IT: Double or triple inline tempering machine

Certain versions of the IT tempering machines are available in so called double or triple versions. These are tempering machines that can temper two or three different types of chocolate simultaneously. The different types of chocolate are treated completely independently.

The common parts consist of:

• Internal cold water tank
• Internal warm water tank
• Everything is built-into one frame

Parts that are specific for each type of chocolate:

• Tempering columns, decrystallising columns and re-heating columns
• Separate temperature controls, for each column
• Possibility to heat the piping circuit for tempered and non-tempered chocolate.
• Each type of chocolate needs its own piping circuit, and its own chocolate pump.
