The “MINOS” One-shot depositor is a further development of the larger Hacos MDOS one-shot depositor.  It joins all the former advantages with a new approach of multiple applications and a modern design.  So, you will find that the MINOS is very compact, very versatile, easy understood, easy to operate, and that it meets high hygienic standards.  On top of that it comes with a competitive price, using top quality components.
The MINOS-9 offers a unique flexibility for the small chocolatier. Next to traditional one shot depositing into moulds, it is perfectly suited for one shot depositing directly onto a plate.
TWIN depositing offers the possibility to make double layer products into moulds or to deposit a soft cream directly onto a disc onto a plate. Imagine what products you can make with this, and what time you will be saving making them !

  • Compressed air must be available: 50 l/min at 6 BAR (air compressor not included)

  • One one-shot depositing plate with maximum 9 one shot nozzles is standard.  Other one shot depositing plates and normal depositing plates are optional

  • Diameter of pistons: 16 mm, center distance between pistons: 36 mm
  • Maximum diameter of the canals: 12 mm
  • Maximum depositing volume: 15 gram of chocolate and 15 gram of filling
  • Maximum speed (depending on the type of chocolate and cream):
    • One shot operation: 20 deposits per minute
    • Normal cream depositing operation: 25 deposits per minute
  • Internal heated water circuit included
