CHOCOLATE ENROBER WITH AUTOMATIC TEMPERING

As a further development of the classical wheel machine, Hacos also proposes a wheel machine with automatic tempering.
Added to the standard features of the HET 300, this machine is equipped with a chocolate tempering column, chocolate pump and cooling compressor, making it an automatic tempering machines with multiple advantages:

  • When melting chocolate blocs or drops, the machine may be filled completely (not 2/3 like with the HE 300).
  • The tempering process does not need to be done with drops or broken chocolate, and therefore is much cleaner.
  • The tempering is done automatically.  When the settings are put into the digital temperature controller, no chocolate professional needs to look over the machine anymore.
  • The HET takes over the stirrer and the wheel of the HE 300.  Because the chocolate is in constant motion, the good crystals are perfectly.  This is a very stable and fast way of tempering.
  • The HET is equipped with a continuous tempering system.  A chocolate pump passes the chocolate through the tempering column and then on to the chocolate gutter.  This way it is possible to work in a continuous way.  It is also possible to feed non-tempered chocolate when working.
  • The cooling compressor is incorporated in the machine, and no extra connections are necessary.
  • The machine is equipped with wheels, making it mobile.
  • The chocolate pump can also be used to evacuate all the chocolate from the machine.
