HACOS  MIDRES - 9

DEPOSITING - PIPING MACHINE WITH 2D MOVEMENT

Following the introduction of the HACOS MINOS 9 one shot depositor, the MIDRES 9 single depositor is a logical next step. The MIDRES 9 depositor is equipped with 9 pistons enabling to fill moulds, pipe onto plates and onto other products. Options such as rotating nozzles and special nozzles are possible as well.

The Hacos-MIDRES is very versatile and able to do more than only one-shot.  Here’s a list of possible applications:

1. The depositor can be used to fill cream or chocolate into moulds, with up to 9 points in one deposit in 1 row.
2. Use your depositor to make chocolate flakes/disks/drops and decorate them with nuts.
3. Deposit a butter cream, or similar, on a plate as been done by hand, with a two dimensional movement. A special shape of piping nozzle can be provided. 
4. By putting a special deposit mouth it is possible to kind of extrude on a continuous base a soft cream.  This allows you to make strings that can be cut later.
