The “MINOS” One-shot depositor is a further development of the larger Hacos MDOS one-shot depositor. It joins all the former advantages with a new approach of multiple applications and a modern design. So, you will find that the MINOS is very compact, very versatile, easy understood, easy to operate, and that it meets high hygienic standards. On top of that it comes with a competitive price, using top quality components.
The Hacos-MINOS is very versatile and able to do more than only one-shot. Here’s a list of possible applications:
- One-shot deposit in moulds.
- One-shot deposit on plates to obtain a finished enrobed type product (manons)
- When equipped with a depositing plate with single nozzles, the depositor can be used as a normal depositor to fill cream or chocolate into moulds, with up to 18 points in one deposit, in 1 or 2 rows.
- A special depositing feature of the MINOS is called “TWIN depositing”. This means that the depositing head will deposit one type of mass on top of the other. This can be achieved by installing a special depositing plate with two rows of 9 nozzles. Each row will be fed by one of the hoppers. This way it is possible to deposit two different masses on top of each other, for example as a shell filling in moulds.
- Use your depositor to make chocolate flakes/disks/drops and decorate them with nuts.
- Deposit a butter cream, or similar, on a plate as been done by hand, with a two dimensional movement. A special shape of piping nozzle can be provided.
- Deposit a thin layer of chocolate on plates in several rows, and afterwards deposit a cream on the chocolate to obtain enrobing-ready products.
- Use the one-shot principle to put first a drop of chocolate and deposit the cream directly on top of it.
- By putting a special deposit mouth it is possible to kind of extrude on a continuous base a soft cream. This allows you to make strings that can be cut later.
- By using the two rows of pistons it is even possible to make a co-extrusion of soft masses (2 layers on top of each other).
In applications 3 - 4 – 5 - 6 - 7 - 9 - 10 the MINOS allows you to mix small inclusions in your creams or chocolate.
