Simple of concept and solid of construction, made completely out of
stainless steel, the RDM depositors allow filling automatically and
precisely every polycarbonate mould with dimensions 275 x 175 and 275
x 135.
The principle of the dosing by pistons allows processing all kinds of
fillings, with or without solid ingredients.
Parameters that can be set: transport intervals, transport speeds, suck-back,
temperature of the depositing head, depositing volume, lifting table
- RDM SMALL: equipped with 3 or 4 nozzles
- RDM LARGE: equipped with 7 or 8 nozzles
- RDM XL: 7 or 8 nozzles, extended frame, heated hopper
- RDM TANDEM: 7 or 8 nozzles, with 2 depositing heads and 2 hoppers placed in-line
