Cooling belts can be used for a multitude of applications. Therefore Hacos has made an ultimate effort to create a completely modular construction system, so that we can tailor the cooling tunnel to your needs. The cooling sections, using light Polyester covers come in sections of 2 meters, so that the client can determine the length of the tunnel based on his needs. All cooling belts are equipped with adjustable convection and/or radiation cooling as well as contact cooling on the bottom. Optionally a bottom-only cooling can be integrated as well.

Of course, these tunnels are built following the usual Hacos quality guidelines, using sandblasted stainless steel frames, automatic belt correction, and doors all around for easy cleaning.

The EBELT is available in standard widths of 300, 450, 620 and 820 mm.
