External cold water is used to flow through the system and circulated by a water circulation pump. Inside the tank, a sturdy mixing system with scrapers provides excellent mixing and heat-exchanging for a fast and good tempering result.

The CYCLOP 60 P or 80 P are special versions of the CYCLOP. They are pre-equipped to be connected to a level sensor and to steer the feeding pump. This way you can feed depositors or decorators with well tempered chocolate.
