This machine can be used as a manual wheel machines, but is equipped with an automatic batch tempering machine. Once the chocolate is tempered, the tempering system switches off, keeping energy consumption very low. The heating pulse function enables you to reheat the chocolate quickly when it becomes 'over tempered'. Can be used for hand-moulding or in combination with a HML 480 or 720 semi-automatic moulding line. The HMT 100 also is an efficient melter.

The CYCLOP 60 P or 80 P are special versions of the CYCLOP. They are pre-equipped to be connected to a level sensor and to steer the feeding pump. This way you can feed depositors or decorators with well tempered chocolate.
